Enquirer Consulting Group / Prepared for ASEA
August 2026

A field force reaches
people, not institutions.

A short read on the second market a direct selling organization does not naturally touch, written around the market ASEA sells into. Prepared for David Jenson.

What we see

Two markets, one product.

01
ASEA reaches its market through independent distributors rather than through a retail chain. That model is very good at one specific thing: reaching individuals through other individuals, at scale, without a media budget.
02
There is a second market sitting next to it that the model does not naturally touch. Clinics and practitioner groups, sports and performance organizations, corporate wellness programs, gym and studio groups, spa and recovery chains, and specialty retail.
03
In this category, contact with that second market usually happens by accident, when somebody in the field happens to know somebody inside one of those accounts.
04
Those buyers behave nothing like a consumer. They buy through a process, on a budget cycle, and they expect to deal with the company rather than with a distributor they found locally.
05
None of that is a product question. It is a coverage question, and coverage is the one thing that can be built deliberately.

Where this goes

From a field organization to a named institutional channel.

Today
.
In direct selling, institutional contact generally arrives through the field, one relationship at a time.
.
That tends to make the pipeline uneven and hard to forecast, because it depends on who happens to know whom.
.
A clinic or a corporate program that nobody in the field knows is effectively unreachable, however good a fit it is.
.
In most field organizations nobody counts the accounts that were never approached, so the gap does not appear in any report.
In the first weeks and months
+
A named list of clinics, practitioner groups, wellness programs, studio groups and specialty retailers by state and by category, with the person who signs inside each.
+
A company to company conversation with those accounts, run centrally and kept separate from the field.
+
A written rule for what belongs to the field and what belongs to the company channel, agreed before anything sends.
+
One view of accounts reached, replies and meetings, broken out by category and territory.

How the engagement works

Build. Run. Own.

01 / BUILD

Build

We design, staff and stand up the complete unit. The named-account data, the messaging, the outbound engine, the automation and the reporting.

02 / RUN

Run

We run it in market for a fixed four months and prove it on real booked meetings, not slides. First conversations land early.

03 / OWN

Own

We hand over the playbook, the tooling, the dashboards and a trained operator. You own the engine.

One contractor, a network of specialists. One point of contact, and you never manage a stack of tools or freelancers.
We build it, run it in market, then hand you the keys
What we build for ASEA

Three things, built for a channel that does not exist yet.

The account universe

Clinics, practitioner groups, corporate wellness programs, studio and gym groups and specialty retail, named by category and territory, with the buying seat inside each one.

A company voice, not a field voice

Institutional buyers answer a company. Every message is written for the account in front of it, kept inside the claims and language the company already approves, and read by a person before it sends.

Run, proved, handed over

We run it in market for a fixed four months and prove it on booked meetings, then hand over the list, the playbook, the tooling and a trained operator.

One contractor, one point of contact, and a channel that sits alongside the field instead of competing with it.
Enquirer Consulting Group
The engine, in plain terms

Every message, written for one real person.

01

Target

We build the account and seat list for the categories and territories you name, from public registers, licensing and facility data, and live checks.

02

Personalize

AI reads each profile and writes a unique message. No templates.

03

Hand off warm

A positive reply pings you and your operator with the prospect and a way to reach them.

04

You take it from there

You take pre-qualified conversations. The engine handles everything before it.

Research-led and human-reviewed. Every message is on-brand, and most of the volume runs on capacity we operate, not only your account.

Why this fits a direct selling business

The field is a channel. It is not the only one.

01

It does not disturb the field

A company run institutional channel reaches accounts nobody was working, under rules you set in advance and can see being followed.

02

Institutional orders behave differently

They repeat, they can be forecast, and they are decided by a small number of named people. That is exactly the shape a named account channel is built for.

03

You own it at the end

The account list, the messaging and the reporting stay with the company and outlast any single campaign or any single quarter.

$10M+
New business sold for clients.
3,500+
Qualified conversations generated.
100,000+

Fixed engagement, then you own it.
Why ECG

You own it at the end. That is the difference.

+
Without building an outbound team from scratch.
+
Without a permanent agency on retainer forever.
+
Without a stack of tools and freelancers to manage.
+
Without lock-in. You own the engine, including the operator who runs it.
A freelancer sends emails. An agency rents you reps. A consultancy hands you a slide deck. We design the engine, staff it, run it, prove it on real meetings, then hand you the keys.

How we start

Stand up fast. Prove it. Then scale.

Stand up

Build

The named-account data, the messaging, the engine and the dashboard. Day-one capacity from warmed assets and managed seats.

Prove

The test

Run against the KPIs we agree up front. First meetings on the calendar early.

Scale

Ramp

Once the numbers hold, ramp the seats and breadth to the volume you want.

Own

Hand over

Playbook, tooling, dashboards and a trained operator. The engine is yours.

Onboarding sets the targeting and the voice first, so the outreach lands warmer every week.

Next step

Let's see if the mechanism fits.

  1. A short call with Paul, 20 minutes, at a time that works for you.
  2. Paul brings the named accounts and the exact people we would start with. You tell us if the list is right.
  3. If it fits, we agree the scope and a start date. If not, you keep the read.
Reply with two or three times that suit and we will work around you, or grab a slot at calendly.com/enquirer/review.
